How to fix error code 108 ? Empty How to fix error code 108 ?

Can anyone suggest something other than QB's suggestions on fixing error code 108, since it's been three full weeks and Chase says they will no longer support QB online, and QB says it is their coding issue but can't give a time frame for a fix?
